Valley Craft's Box Dumper is the perfect solution to effortlessly dump material with improved efficiency while reducing employee fatigue or injury. This premium box bumper is designed to be compatible with a variety of gaylords, crates, tubs, cartons and other containers to fit your needs.

The chute comes in a variety of sizes to accommodate containers up to 48"W x 51"D, depending on model. A spring-loaded hold down bar is included to help keep containers secure, ranging from 30" to 56" in height (adjustable on 2" increments). Dump height ranges from 36" to 72" with a large load capacity from 2,000 lbs to 6,000 lbs, again depending on the model. Side walls and body are constructed of heavy duty 7 gauge steel to withstand the most rigorous use.

Create added safety and stability by bolting your unit directly to the floor using the predrilled mounting holes. Simply operate the unit using the convenient hand-held corded (20' pigtailed) pendant with magnetic back (pendant holder included and can be easily installed on either side of unit). Pendant completes the powered dump cycle in less than 30 seconds and has a gravity return. Added safety decals along chute create additional awareness and protection for operators and bystanders. Stop and start your unit at any point during the entire dump process. The premium single flow hydraulic control valve system ensures a smooth operation every time while balancing the load and strain on the cylinders, adding longevity to your unit. Loading containers is simple to do manually or using a standard pallet jack. Unit operates using a 3 phase/60 hz/230V, 2HP motor. Standard rating: 12 DPH. Optional side guards are available (sold separately).

Return Policy

You can return unused or defective products up to 30 days from the date of order.  Some product returns may be subject to restocking fees.  Proof of Purchase will be required if we cannot verify your order information.  Unless the product is defective or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for return shipment costs.

Defective or Damaged Products

All shipments received must be immediately inspected for damage.  If your order shipped on a freight carrier, any damage needs to be noted on the Freight Receipt before signing for the delivery.  An exchange or refund will be provided at no additional cost.  If damage is due to misuse or regular wear of the product, the return will be denied.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.  If the order is canceled prior to shipping, you will be refunded in full.  Certain products that are manufactured to order cannot be canceled after the manufacturing process has started.
